Jacqueline Mesa is the Chief Operating Officer at FIA, Inc. and the Executive Director of FIA Global. Prior to their current roles, Jacqueline held various positions at the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission, including Director of the Office of International Affairs and Legal Counsel to Commissioner Walter Lukken. Jacqueline also served as a Senior International Counsel in the Division of Enforcement. Jacqueline's legal career began at the Missouri Attorney General's Office, where Jacqueline worked in Governmental Affairs and the Criminal Division. Jacqueline holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International/Global Studies from Rhodes College.
