Mark Higgins

Mark Higgins is an experienced professional in press and communications, currently serving as a Press and Communications Officer at Fianna Fáil since March 2025. Previous roles include Communications and Research Coordinator to the Minister for Housing, Local Government & Heritage at the Houses of the Oireachtas, and Trainee to Barry Andrews MEP at the European Parliament. Mark's earlier experience includes a Corporate Tax Internship at Grant Thornton Ireland and a voluntary work placement at Kevin Tunney Solicitors. Currently pursuing a Master of Laws in International Banking Law and Finance at The University of Edinburgh, Mark also holds a BA in Law and Accounting from the University of Limerick and a QQI Certificate in Project Management from the College of Management and IT.
