John Beccia

John Beccia is a seasoned legal and compliance expert with extensive experience in financial services and regulatory matters. As Co-Founder and CEO of FS Vector since June 2018, John Beccia has led efforts to assist clients with regulatory challenges. Concurrently, John serves as a Lecturer of Law at Boston University School of Law, teaching courses on cryptocurrencies and previously on banking law and the financial crisis. John Beccia is also a board member for River Financial and Provenance Technologies, Inc., and holds advisory roles with the Alliance for Innovative Regulation and Global Digital Finance. Previously, John served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Circle Internet Financial and held senior legal positions at Boston Private Financial Holdings and Investors Bank & Trust. John Beccia holds an LLM in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of Law, a JD from Roger Williams University School of Law, and a BA in Political Science and Government from Providence College.
