Terrell Evans is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of THE GRIND BASKETBALL INC., established in October 2018, which focuses on elite youth basketball skills development, achieving notable tournament successes and building a strong coaching team in the Victoria, BC region. In addition to running THE GRIND, Terrell serves as a Customer Service Representative at Miracle Lanes Bowling Alley while also competing as a professional athlete for FIBA and previously with various basketball clubs. With extensive experience as an athletic skills trainer and consultant, Terrell has developed comprehensive performance plans for young athletes globally. Terrell's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Victoria and multiple associate degrees from Yakima Valley College.
