Lois van Hooft

Lois van Hooft is an experienced orthopedagogue currently working at Fibbe since February 2023, focusing on diagnostics and treatment for children and adolescents within various mental health care frameworks. Prior to this role, Lois completed a traineeship at GGZ Rivierduinen, specializing in high-specialized mental health care for youth. Lois has also contributed as a trainer in educational psychology at Psychologie in het Onderwijs, where responsibilities included delivering workshops and supporting new trainers. Additional experience includes conducting investigations related to domestic violence and child abuse at Veilig Thuis Haaglanden, where Lois monitored family safety and provided necessary interventions. Lois holds a Master's degree in Orthopedagogiek and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, further complemented by a pre-master in Pedagogical Sciences. Current education includes participation in a program at King Nascholing.
