With over a decade of sales and team-building experience, Simon has previously held positions as an Account Manager at Bisnode Sverige, Team Manager at Webhelp, and Interim Country Manager for Oceania at Teamtailor. Simon played a pivotal role in Teamtailor's significant growth, contributing to its expansion from 20 employees and 200 customers to over 400 employees and 10,000 customers worldwide. Their leadership is characterized by discipline, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement, both professionally and personally.
