Managing FIBC business the manual way means juggling spreadsheets, chasing approvals, miscounting bags, and losing track of where a quote stands. We built fibc.ai to change that — completely.
fibc.ai is an end-to-end quotation and planning platform built exclusively for the FIBC industry. From the moment a customer requirement comes in, fibc.ai takes over — assigning a unique requirement ID, allowing multiple bag configurations within a single requirement, and applying your business rules automatically for planning and costing.
Pricing updates daily from your master tables. Quotes are generated with precision. Revisions are tracked. And the cycle doesn't close until the PO number is in — with every step governed by user rights and role-based access.
No more manual follow-ups. No more version confusion. No more costing errors.
What fibc.ai handles for you:

✅ Structured requirement capture with unique IDs
✅ Multi-bag configurations per requirement
✅ Automated planning based on business rules
✅ Dynamic costing with daily master table updates
✅ Quote creation, revision cycles & closure tracking
✅ PO confirmation & user rights-based validation
