Monica Mishra

Monica A. has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Monica most recently worked as the Head of Human Resources at Fibe.India (formerly EarlySalary) starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they founded and operated their own company, hrforstartup, from July 2020 to August 2022.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Monica held a senior leadership position at YES BANK, serving as the Group Executive Vice President for Human Capital Management from April 2010 to January 2020. Monica also gained experience as the Head of Human Resources at Catwalk Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. in 2008 and as a Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner at Reliance Retail from 2006 to 2008.

Monica began their career as an HR Generalist at Nicholas Piramal (I) Ltd./ Roche Products Ltd. in 2005. Monica possesses a diverse background in HR and has demonstrated their expertise in various roles throughout their career.

Monica A. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at Madhav Science College, Kothi Road, Ujjain from 1998 to 2001. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources and Marketing at Vikram University from 2002 to 2004.
