We are a company focused on developing ingredients and specialty products from a natural citrus base to meet the demand for innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective white label products. Our portfolio of premium ingredientes (e.g. dehydrated fibers) and peels provides high-performance solutions for several applications and processes.

Ingredients as dietary fibers can reduce or completely replace the use of synthetic products, sugars, and oils (including pectin). Besides providing natural thickener properties, they improve food texture, stabilization, and emulsification, and contribute to a healthy and much-needed daily intake of fiber.

FIBER CITRUS' goal is to contribute to the growth of its partners, bringing improvements to the formulation of their products and their financial results. Our members are executives with extensive experience in the prebiotics, food, and agribusiness fields and from KR Capital, a private equity investment company.

The use of the “white label” among food companies tends to grow worldwide since it tells the consumer about the ingredients used, the nutritional table, the shelf life of the product, and most importantly, the absence of chemicals. It helps identify the use of less processed or natural inputs, with less sugar, fewer calories, or additional nutrients such as fiber.

In order to meet this market trend, responsible companies and brands have been making moves to ensure their products’ formulation generates more health for consumers and sustainability for their business and the planet.

FIBER CITRUS – With your company making healthier and more profitable products.
