Fiber Design Holdings, LLC is a privately held holding company that owns and operates specialized fabrication and composite manufacturing brands serving customers who need durable, custom-built solutions.

Our operating companies design and produce high-performance components for a wide range of applications, including custom truck parts and fenders, marine and yacht components, RV and specialty enclosures, themed and experiential fabrication, and complex one-off projects where standard solutions don’t exist. Whether it’s a single custom build or a scaled product line, our focus is on strength, precision, and reliability.

While each operating brand maintains its own identity and direct customer relationships, Fiber Design Holdings provides the support that allows them to perform at a higher level—investment in equipment and technology, disciplined operations, supply chain support, and long-term strategic planning. This structure allows our brands to stay close to their customers and craft while benefiting from shared expertise and resources.

In addition to serving customers, we actively pursue the acquisition of established fabrication businesses and specialized product lines. We look for companies with strong reputations, skilled teams, and loyal customers, and we approach acquisitions as long-term partnerships. Our goal is to preserve what makes these businesses successful while providing the stability, capital, and operational support needed for their next chapter.

Across everything we do, we believe exceptional fabrication should be built to last, both in the products we deliver and the businesses behind them.
