Trey Smith

Trey Smith serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Elevate Healthcare Consultants and holds the position of Executive Partner at both Sage Search Partners LLC and Fiber Staffing. With a significant background in healthcare recruitment and staffing, Trey has been a Board Member of Grace Bridge since July 2018 and was previously a member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Physician Recruiters from March 2016 to February 2019, advocating industry excellence and ethical standards. Prior to current roles, Trey was the Director of Marketing at The Delta Companies from May 2009 to March 2015, where responsibilities included leading marketing teams and consulting on healthcare staffing solutions. Education includes attendance at Texas State University and participation in Dale Carnegie Training.
