Gianluca Griffa, PMP®, is currently the Head of Technical Infrastructures & Energy at FiberCop, overseeing innovation and energy efficiency for over 10,000 buildings and managing energy performance and certifications. Previously, they held various leadership positions at TIM and Telecom Italia, focusing on power management, energy efficiency, and technical infrastructures while contributing to standardization efforts in the ICT sector. With a strong background in project management and process re-engineering, they have participated in several international initiatives aimed at improving energy usage and sustainability. Gianluca's education includes a PMP® certification from the Project Management Institute and a degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
