Giovanni Abbraccio

Giovanni Abbraccio has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Giovanni is currently working at FiberCop as a Local Account Manager since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at FiberCop as an Assurance Process Management from April 2021 to October 2021. Before joining FiberCop, Giovanni was employed at Flash Fiber S.r.l. as the Chief Technology Office for Delivery - Assurance Process Management, starting in November 2016 and ending in March 2021. Giovanni also had significant experience at TIM, where they held various roles including Senior Process Analyst - Open Access from May 2012 to October 2016, Senior Requirements Analyst in different departments from 2006 to 2012, and Tester and Software Tester in the Information Technology - Service Delivery department from 2003 to 2006. Prior to their work at TIM, Giovanni worked at HARMONY HI-FI S.R.L. as an Addetto alle vendite - Assistenza tecnica informatica from May 2002 to April 2003.

Giovanni Abbraccio attended IPIA Manfredi Bosco from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Perito Elettronico e Telecomunicazioni degree. In July 2018, they also obtained the Competenze Digitali - Standard DigiComp certification from TIM Accademy.
