Roberta De Leo

Roberta De Leo is a criminal lawyer with extensive experience in addressing gender violence, discrimination, and workplace harassment. They have served as a trusted adviser for both public and private organizations and are currently a member of the Committee for Equal Opportunities at the Milan Bar Association, having been elected in October 2023. Since 1998, Roberta has collaborated with the anti-violence center SVSeD and has provided legal advice to victims of gender-based and domestic violence. They also serve as a gender equality consultant and participate actively in various teams within the Fondazione Libellula. Roberta continues to contribute to the De Leo Fund ETS as a member of the Board of Directors.
