Rusty Miller

Rusty Miller is currently the Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Fibergrate Composite Structures, Inc. and has held this position since 2015. Prior to this role, Rusty served as the Director of Sales at American Grating, LLC from 2003 to 2007, and spent seven years as Factory Manager at Suzhou American Grating Co., Ltd, focusing on general and technical management and international sales. Rusty began their career at Fibergrate Composite Structures in various sales and manufacturing roles, showcasing a breadth of experience in the industry. Rusty earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Tarleton State University between 1979 and 1985.
