Alex Richardson's work experience includes roles as a Plant Manager at FiberLean Technologies since October 2022 and as a Machine Shop Manager at Teddington Group Ltd from March 2021 to October 2022. Prior to that, Alex worked as a Mining Manager at MMC Australia Pty Ltd from September 2018 to March 2021.

Alex Richards has a diverse education history in the field of engineering.
