Angel previously held roles at Coastal Design Consultants, Everstream, and Momentum Telecom, where they focused on service delivery leadership, escalation management, and customer satisfaction. They are committed to fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within their team to enhance customer experiences. Angel holds a degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from St. Petersburg College.
