Michelle Richardson

Michelle Richardson is an accomplished professional with a strong background in customer experience management. Currently serving as the AVP of Customer Experience at FiberLight, LLC since January 2022, Michelle previously held the position of Director of Customer Experience at the same company. Michelle's experience includes roles as Manager of Customer Experience at GTT from August 2019 to February 2022, and a tenure at Verizon from February 2017 to June 2019 in International Sales support and Client Services. Prior to that, Michelle worked at XO Communications as a Customer Service Manager for nearly two decades. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Texas State University, obtained between 1993 and 1996.
