Wayne Wooley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction management and engineering. Following a lengthy tenure at AT&T from April 1974 to October 2012, where Wayne held various management positions in OSP Construction and Engineering, Procurement, and Human Resources, Wayne advanced to FiberLight, LLC in October 2012, serving as Senior Vice President of Construction and Vice President of Construction Development. Wayne is currently retired as of March 2024. Wayne earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Amberton University.
