Previously, Shawn held roles such as Fiber Optic Technician/Specialist at MTS Services and Fiber Optic Applications Specialist at FiberNext, where responsibilities included supporting sales, product development, and engineering. Earlier experience includes serving as Service Technician II at Goodman Networks, focusing on the installation and servicing of Distributed Antenna Systems, and Structured Wiring Project Manager at Fusion Connex, managing cabling applications and network installations.
