Donna Fraley

Donna Fraley has extensive experience in operational leadership and quality control within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Rework Team Lead and 2NL Assembly Lead at Fiberon Decking since November 2011, Donna oversees daily operations of the railing assembly lines. Prior to this role, Donna worked as a Maintenance and Storeroom Coordinator at Fiberon from June 2017 to January 2021, and held a position as Quality Control and Storeroom Coordinator at Palm Harbor Homes from June 1996 to March 2010.
