Elba Lizardi

Elba Lizardi is the Senior Director of Operations at Fiberon, where they lead manufacturing operations and promote a culture of safety and excellence. Previously, Elba held various positions at Johnson Matthey, including Operations Director, where they managed a workforce of approximately 250 employees and contributed to the achievement of important industry certifications. Elba also served as Site Director at BASF Environmental Catalyst and Metal Solutions and briefly as Product Manager at BASF. They earned a Lean Six Sigma Certificate from Villanova University and are a dedicated advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, as well as a supporter of STEM initiatives for young girls and minorities.
