Kate Haws

Kate Haws has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Kate is currently the Director of Brand Marketing at Fiberon Decking, a position they started in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Therma-Tru Doors from 2012 to 2022, where they held the roles of Senior Brand Marketing Manager and Senior Product Manager. Before working at Therma-Tru Doors, Kate was a Senior Product Manager at Colorbök, LLC from 2011 to 2012. Kate also served as a Marketing Support Specialist at aboutGolf Limited from November 2010 to January 2011. Kate's earliest work experience was at Factory Direct International, where they worked from 2003 to 2010, holding various positions such as Manager of the Licensing Division, Merchandiser Manager, and Merchandiser.

Kate Haws attended The University of Toledo from 1998 to 2002. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, with a focus on Public Relations.
