Haposan David is currently working as the Incident Management Unit Head at PT Mega Akses Persada (FiberStar), where Haposan coordinates with internal and external parties for activation and troubleshooting. With previous experience at PT. XL Axiata Tbk and Moratelindo, Haposan has a strong background in Incident and Problem Management and supervisor roles in engineering projects. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Institut Sains dan Teknologi Nasional (ISTN) Jakarta.
