Cesar Nino's work experience begins with their current position as a Principal Research and Development Engineer at Fibertek Inc., which they have held since September 2019. Cesar continued their education at the University of Delaware and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the same field, Electrical and Computer Engineering, in 2003.
