Guy Beaghler is the President and CEO of Fibertek, Inc., bringing 35 years of experience in government and industry within the fields of electro-optics and laser physics. They previously served as the Head of the Electromagnetics Division at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, managing a team of 170 scientists and engineers. They hold a Master of Science in Physics from San Diego State University and have contributed significantly to advancements in diode-pumped solid-state lasers and advanced electro-optic systems. Beaghler has presented numerous papers, received the Navy’s Exemplary Achievement Award, and participated in key advisory groups for the Department of Defense.
