Karin Schwartz

Karin Schwartz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Karin started their career as a Financial Advisor, self-employed for several large institutions from June 1994 to July 2005. Karin then worked as a Business Development Manager at Gevity HR from July 2003 to December 2005, where they focused on building name recognition and organizing key seminars.

From January 2006 to June 2008, Karin served as the Vice President of Business Development at impactHR, LLC. After that, they founded Schwartz Associates, LLC in July 2008, where they worked as a Business Development Expert and Founder. Karin specialized in creating and executing dynamic business development strategies for companies of all sizes.

In July 2008, Karin also founded Springboard, LLC, serving as the Founder and CEO. The company aimed to challenge the status quo and help businesses identify areas of improvement, develop new concepts, and build long-term client relationships.

Karin joined Fibertek Inc. in December 2014 as a Business Development professional, focusing on expanding relationships for a rapidly growing steel detailing firm called Maestro Steel Detailing. Karin also served on the Board of Directors at the Maryland Chamber of Commerce from May 2015 to June 2018 and acted as the Co-Chair of the Business Development Council during the same period.

Throughout their career, Karin has demonstrated expertise in business development, relationship-building, and driving organizational growth.

Karin Schwartz began their education at Fallston High School from 1986 to 1990. During this time, they obtained a Certificate of Merit, indicating their high level of achievement across all subjects. Following their high school education, they attended Towson University from 1990 to 1994. At Towson University, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Economics, demonstrating their specialization in this field of study.
