Rajesh Kadel has a strong background in laser science and engineering. Rajesh began their career in 2006 as a Graduate Research Assistant at Kansas State University, where they designed and demonstrated an all-fiber mode-locked thulium/holmium co-doped fiber laser and built an interfromteric autocorrelator to measure laser pulses. Rajesh also developed Mathematica code for computing a fiber optical parametric amplifier.
In 2015, Kadel joined Calmar Laser as an Optical Engineer, where they successfully introduced and developed a 920nm fiber-based femtosecond laser. Rajesh also developed and introduced new products on femtosecond fiber lasers and conducted reliability and stability tests on high-power lasers.
Kadel then worked as a Laser Engineer at IPG Photonics from 2017 to 2019. In this role, they played a key role in laser engineering and development.
Most recently, Kadel joined Fibertek Inc. as a Senior Laser Scientist in 2019.
Rajesh Kadel pursued their education at Kansas State University from 2008 to 2014, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Physics. Prior to this, there is no available information about their educational background at Tribhuvan University, including the years of attendance or any degrees or field of study.
