Steve Briggs

Steve Briggs is a board leader, educator, and technology executive with over 25 years of experience in shaping Africa’s digital economy. Currently serving as Chairman of Comotion Group and Head of Partnerships at Fibertime™, Steve drives governance, strategic direction, and ecosystem development in digital infrastructure and technology sectors. As a Part-Time Faculty member at the Gordon Institute of Business Science, Steve teaches African business strategy and digital transformation to MBA and executive education participants, sharing insights from a career that includes executive roles at Vodacom and SEACOM, as well as co-founding several successful telecom startups. Steve holds various advanced degrees, including a Master's in Theology from Stellenbosch University and management programs from Harvard Business School and the School of Inspired Leadership.
