The greatest food system challenge is to realize a more regenerative, equitable, nourishing and sustainable future. Affordable healthy and nutritional ingredients are in high demand. We offer upcycled fibrous ingredients from cassava featuring multifunctional, healthy and versatile properties, as well clean label and free-from claims.

FIBERVITA core technology is based on upcylcing byproducts from the cassava starch industry. Our proprietary processing techniques add value to what used to be an environmental liability. On top of that, by supporting cleaner and shorter label products, the carbon footprint can be reduced as well.

Product portfolio main features supporting value delivery: high water and medium fat absorption/retention capacities; particle shape and size distribution; insoluble and soluble fibers.

FIBERVITA understands that its mindset as a disruptive innovator, anticipating tendencies, taking risks and generating leads, guide the company in the food ingredient and sustainable business.
