FibraHotel is a Mexican Real Estate Investment Trust (Fidecomiso de Inversión en Bienes Raíces - FIBRA), specialized in business-class Hotels in Mexico. FibraHotel is the first Lodging REIT in Latin America, and is listed Listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange since November 30th, 2012 (ticker: FIHO12).

FibraHotel started with a portafolio of 34 hotels. FibraHotel is currently one of the biggest hotels owners in Mexico, with a portfolio of 85 business hotels and 11,723 rooms in 26 states of the Mexican Republic and with growth plans in Mexico to reach a 100-hotel portfolio in the medium term, thanks to partnerships with Grupo Posadas (under the brands Lat 20, Live Aqua, Fiesta Americana, Fiesta Inn, Fiesta Inn Lofts, Gamma and One Hotels), Grupo Real Turismo (under the brands Camino Real and Real Inn), Marriott International (under the brands AC by Marriott, Courtyard and Fairfield Inn) and Starwood Hotels & Resorts (Sheraton).
