Johan T. has extensive experience in chemical engineering and project management, beginning as a work group leader at DSM Research BV from April 1987 to March 1992. Following this, Johan held positions as a project manager and senior chemical engineer at DSM Minera (January 1996 - July 2000) and later as a senior chemical engineer and team leader at DSM Andeno (April 1992 - December 1995). Johan advanced to a senior chemical engineer and project manager role at DSM Research from August 2000 to 2009 before transitioning to DSM Chemical Technologies R&D BV as a project manager IP and lead scientist from 2010 to July 2015, specializing in caprolactam production processes. Currently, Johan is the technology intelligence manager at Fibrant since August 2015. Johan holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and both a BSc and MSc in Chemistry from the University of Groningen.
