Mark Jochems is an experienced chemical engineer currently serving as a Works Council Member and Senior Chemical Engineer at Fibrant since June 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held various engineering positions including Senior Chemical Engineer at Sitech Services BV, Technology Consultant, and RTO Manager for DSM Engineering Plastics' DAB Expansion Project. Mark has a strong background in safety, process optimization, and project management, with previous experience in the acrylonitrile plant and consultancy roles focused on clean technology and air quality. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Process Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from Eindhoven University of Technology.
