Stuart Backhouse

Stuart Backhouse has worked in the IT sector for over 30 years. Stuart started their career in 1992 at TNT as the UK Information Systems Manager, a role in which they managed a small internal support team for the divisions IT infrastructure. In 2010, they joined Seasalt as the Head of Business Systems, a department head of a team of 14, split into IT support, IT Management, Supplier Management and Project Management. In this role, they were responsible for a £1.5m annual IT budget. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at LumiraDx Care Solutions as a Product Owner and Test Engineer. Stuart then moved to FibreCRM where they are currently employed as a Product Manager.

Stuart Backhouse attended Boston Spa Comprehensive from 1980 to 1988 and then Birmingham City University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology.
