Oliver Siah 佘仰文 is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive in the Real Estate and PropTech sectors. As Co-Founder and Group Managing Director of Fraxtor Group since January 2017, Oliver leads efforts to democratize real estate investment through fractional ownership. In addition, Oliver serves as Regional Chair for FIBREE, fostering blockchain integration in real estate, and Co-Founder and Director at FRX Capital, focusing on real estate investment and development fund management. Managing Director of Spaaace, a co-working space, and Co-Owner/Director at Hanson Court Pte Ltd, a family office for real estate investment, further exemplify Oliver's extensive experience.
