Connor Maxwell

Connor Maxwell is a highly experienced commercial professional in the construction industry, currently serving as Group Commercial Director at Fibrex Construction Group since October 2014. In this role, Connor leads the commercial department and manages commercial and contractual issues for the contracting division. Prior to this, Connor was the Senior Commercial Manager overseeing contractual support for significant projects, including the Al Forsan Complex in Abu Dhabi. Experience also includes a tenure as Commercial Manager at Saif Bin Darwish, where support was provided to operational divisions and assistance was given in resolving contractual issues on complex projects. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Commercial Manager at Lagan Construction Group, delivering contractual and commercial support across various international markets. Connor holds a Master of Science in Construction Law and Practice from The University of Salford, along with chartered memberships from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors, as well as a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying from Ulster University.
