Michelle Simonetti

Michelle Simonetti has over 24 years of work experience in various roles related to total rewards, human resources, compensation, and HRIS systems.

Michelle is currently working as the Sr Director of Total Rewards and Operations at FibroGen, Inc., a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director of Human Resources at FibroGen from June 2019 to April 2022.
