Marcus Gilmore

Marcus Gilmore is an experienced Operations Manager who has worked at Fibrus since October 2022. Prior to this role, Marcus held a similar position at Concentrix from March 2021 to October 2022. With a background in leadership as a Team Leader at Convergys Intelligent Contact from April 2011 to March 2021, Marcus brings a wealth of expertise to their current role. Marcus completed their A Levels in Biology, P.E, and Media Studies at Royal Belfast Academical Institution before furthering their education at Ulster University in 2009.
