Stefan Cunning

Stefan Cunning has accumulated extensive experience in the field of People & Culture, starting as a Customer Relations Representative at ASOS Germany in 2013. Stefan progressed through various roles at Concentrix, including HR Administrator, Employee Relations Specialist, Lead HR Business Partner, and eventually Senior Manager of People Solutions. In 2021, Stefan joined Fibrus as a Senior Specialist in People & Culture before moving up to become the Head of People & Culture later the same year.

Stefan Cunning attended St. Louis Grammar School in Ballymena from 2001 to 2008. Stefan then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in German Studies & Philosophy at Queen's University Belfast from 2009 to 2013. In 2011-2012, they participated in an Erasmus Year at Leipzig University, focusing on Philosophy, Politics, Journalism, American History, History of Judaism & Buddhism. Stefan later completed a Human Resources, CIPD Level 3 course at Belfast Metropolitan College from 2015 to 2016, and a Postgraduate Short Course in Employment Law and Practice at Ulster University in 2017.
