𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐅𝐈𝐂) established in 2002 with the support of the OECD Investment Compact SEE, is an independent business association that brings together more than 120 foreign companies operating in Serbia which have invested more than 44 billion euros in Serbia and employ directly over 115,000 Serbian citizens.

FIC is the only business association that has an institutional framework for cooperation with the Government of the Republic of Serbia through the Working Group for the Implementation of FIC White Book recommendations, presided over by the Prime Minister.
