Andy Pollock is an experienced professional in fraud consulting and prevention with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Director of Fraud Consulting at FICO® since April 2010, Andy provides financial crime consulting to global banks, card issuers, and insurance providers, overseeing successful implementations of fraud solutions and advising on best practices. Previously, Andy held the position of Senior Fraud Manager at Santander, where responsibilities included developing fraud loss mitigation strategies across the Retail banking spectrum. Prior roles also include Fraud Prevention Manager at esure, focusing on financial crime in insurance, and Senior Fraud Manager at Barclays Bank, managing various aspects of retail banking fraud.
