Ann Chen

Ann Chen currently serves as the Marketing Director at FICO, having joined in December 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Experian, where Ann was the Senior CRM Program Manager and contributed to the launch of Experian Smart Money, and served as Senior Marketing Manager, leading bank marketing strategy. Ann held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at the National Association of Asian American Professionals, where efforts focused on brand strategy and digital marketing. Additional roles include Digital Marketing Officer at UC Berkeley School of Public Health, Senior Marketing Officer at Citizens Bank of Edmond, and Director of Social Media Engagement at the ICBA. Ann began the professional journey in the Press Office of the Peace Corps. Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communications from American University.
