Aspen Webster

Aspen Webster, MSW, is a Lead Education Consultant at FICO, where they utilize their expertise in instructional design and interpersonal communication to drive education initiatives. With a background in social work and theater, Aspen previously worked as a Theater Instructor and Curriculum Developer at The Hideout Theater, fostering communication skills and emotional connections among students. They also served as a Training Coordinator for the Texas Association of Community Health Centers, developing curricula for health centers, and have held various roles in non-profit and educational settings, including as a School-Based Mental Health Professional at Intervention Services.
