Audrey Olsen

Audrey Olsen has extensive experience in client services and account management, primarily with FICO since June 2005, where roles have included Solution Success - Partner and Senior Associate Partner - Client Services, focusing on empowering clients and partners through various FICO solutions. Prior to FICO, Audrey held positions such as Client Services Director at Teleservices Direct and Account Manager at ICT Group and Telespectrum Worldwide, managing and growing client accounts, as well as handling requirements gathering and implementation phases for various applications, particularly in Fraud, Collections, and Marketing. Audrey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Binghamton University.
