Chris Ivey is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer support and cloud operations, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Global Customer Support and Cloud Operations at FICO since November 2003. In this role, Chris leads the Global Solution Support team, overseeing various functions including Monitoring/Alerting and Technical Account Management. Previously, Chris was responsible for FICO's Customer Service organization, managing operations across multiple countries and platforms. Prior to FICO, Chris held senior consultancy roles at Seurat Company and American Management Systems, focusing on CRM and banking solutions. Chris holds an MBA from Virginia Tech and a BBA from James Madison University.
