Chris Smith has extensive experience in product support, currently serving as a Senior Product Support Engineer at FICO since May 2009, with previous roles as Product Support Lead Engineer and Product Support Engineer II. Responsibilities include providing L3/Application support for NOC teams, addressing customer issues alongside the Account Management team, and managing incident data for timely updates and reporting.
