Divya Ramasamy

Divya Ramasamy is a seasoned benefits consultant with extensive experience in human resources and benefits administration. Since April 2020, Divya has been with FICO as a Benefits Consultant II, responsible for managing day-to-day benefits operations for the APAC region, interacting with employees regarding benefit plans, and coordinating with service providers for enrollment and claims issues. Prior to FICO, Divya served as an HR Associate at Azim Premji Foundation, where responsibilities included salary benchmarking, vendor management, and processing medical reimbursements. Earlier career experiences include a role as a Customer Relationship Executive at Axis Bank, focused on sales and customer service, and an internship in human resources at Spencers Retail Ltd. Divya holds an MBA in Human Resources from Thiagarajar School of Management and a BBA in Business Administration from Dr. MGR Janaki College.
