Edward Chang

Edward Chang is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in developing advanced analytical solutions. At FICO, Edward served as both an Analytical Scientist II and Lead Data Scientist, where significant contributions included the creation of deep learning models for fraud detection and the modernization of ETL pipelines, resulting in substantial cost savings. Edward's expertise in managing data quality platforms and leading teams for client projects has proven invaluable in enhancing model performance and analytics support. Prior to FICO, Edward played a key role in outreach programs at The Church in San Diego, focusing on college mentorship and event organization, while also serving as Music Director. Edward holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Statistics and Probability from the University of California San Diego and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science at Johns Hopkins University with a notable GPA of 3.95.
