Gigi Ligons

Gigi Ligons is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client services and business management. Currently serving as the Director of Scores Client Services at FICO since April 2016, Gigi previously held the position of Implementation Consultant. In addition, Gigi is the Managing Director of Braylen James Business Solutions, a firm focused on providing professional services for small businesses and non-profits, established in November 2009. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President of Relationship Management at Bank of America from August 2003 to August 2008. Gigi holds a Master of Business Administration from Holy Names University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
