James Roche

James Roche is a seasoned professional in the field of fraud and authentication, currently serving as Principal Consultant in the Fraud Domain at FICO EMEA since February 2020. In this role, James provides expertise across EMEA on Authentication, Digital Identity, and Scams. Prior to FICO, James worked at Banco Santander as a Fraud Business Consultant, focusing on PSD2 compliance and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) within digital channels from July 2017 to February 2020. James also held the position of Delivery Manager at Barclaycard from March 2012 to July 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing strategic projects and leading a Cyber Assurance Team to ensure regulatory compliance. James holds a Master's degree in Terrorism, Organised Crime & Global Security and a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Investigative Studies, both from Coventry University.
